Shay Mooney and Wife Hannah Welcome Baby Boy
It’s a joyous time for Shay Mooney and his wife, Hannah, as they celebrate the arrival of their fourth son, Aubrey Ellis!
The couple introduced their newest family member to the world through a heartfelt Instagram post earlier this week.
“Our brand new baby BOY is finally here! Aubrey Ellis Mooney. 7 lbs 9 ounces + perfectly healthy! Thank you Jesus for another miracle,” they shared in a joint post on Tuesday, January 21.
The post included two adorable photos of their newborn, quickly attracting warm wishes from fans and fellow celebrities.
Gabby Barrett, a labelmate of Shay’s, expressed her excitement, writing, “God has truly chosen you to raise mighty men of faith. Your home is a testament to His blessings and your strength. Congratulations and many blessings…”
Brittany Aldean also chimed in with a sweet message: “Awww❗️❗️❗️❗️ congratulations guys!!!”
A Surprise Until the End
Shay and Hannah decided to keep their baby’s gender a surprise until birth.
Just hours before Aubrey’s arrival, Hannah engaged her Instagram followers with a poll, asking whether they thought she was having a boy or a girl.
While 57% predicted a girl, the Mooney family welcomed another little boy to their growing brood.
Aubrey joins his older brothers Asher, Ames, and Abram.
The Journey to Baby No. 4
The couple announced Hannah’s pregnancy in a touching Instagram video last July.
The clip showed the family sitting together on a couch as each of their three sons joined in.
At the end, Hannah revealed a positive pregnancy test, sparking a heartfelt group hug while “Million Little Miracles (feat. Joe L. Barnes)” played softly in the background.
