Lainey Wilson Honors Future Army Soldier at Show
While performing in Wildwood, New Jersey, Lainey Wilson noticed a fan in the crowd holding a sign that read, “I leave for the U.S. Army next month.”
Moved by the message, Lainey paused her set and invited the young woman onstage for a heartfelt tribute. “Thank you so much for your service,” Lainey said. “Because of people like you, I get to do what I do, and that just means the world to me.”
The emotional moment was met with loud cheers from the audience. The fan, Ciarra Maynard, later shared highlights on TikTok, including a selfie snapped by Lainey herself from the stage.
