Taylor Swift stunned fans and fellow performers when she unexpectedly joined the stage during Travis Kelce’s Tight End and Friends concert in Nashville Tuesday night — and Kane Brown had the perfect reaction.

The surprise moment unfolded as part of Tight End University, an annual NFL event co-founded by Kelce, George Kittle of the San Francisco 49ers, and retired Panthers star Greg Olsen.

Now in its fifth year, the gathering draws nearly 90 NFL tight ends to Nashville, combining community, training, and charity — with a little star power thrown in.

Country superstar Kane Brown was already on the bill for the concert and even shared the stage with Swift.

But he had to laugh when he realized who really stole the show.

“When you think you’re the special guest BUT you’re not,” Brown joked in an Instagram post early Wednesday morning.

He captioned the message with a smiling photo of himself alongside Travis and Taylor.

In the photo, Brown kept it casual in a white t-shirt, matching cap, and camo pants, while Kelce wore a coordinating camo outfit.

Swift turned heads in a black mini dress paired with knee-high boots — signature pop star style.

Adding to the impromptu nature of the moment, Swift didn’t even have her own guitar on hand. Fellow performer Chase Rice came to the rescue and lent her his so she could join Brown onstage.
