On Tuesday, July 9, the country music community mourned
the loss of Joe Bonsall, a cherished member of
The Oak Ridge Boys. At 76, Bonsall succumbed to complications from Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) after retiring from touring earlier this year to focus on his health.
Bonsall’s impact on country music was immense, with inductions into the Grand Ole Opry, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and multiple other halls of fame. His death prompted
