Thomas Rhett Takes a Tumble, Leaves Show In Wheelchair

Thomas Rhett shared a view of the exact moment he fell and injured himself during a surprise appearance at a Forrest Frank concert in Nashville over the weekend.

The clip shows Thomas making his way to the stage at Bridgestone Arena, stumbling on the stairs and making a “quick recovery”. TR still performed with Frank—despite admitting he was in “pain.” When the show wrapped up, Thomas left the venue in a wheelchair, pushed by his wife, Lauren Akins.

“You know, every now and then, you just have to sing at a Forrest Frank concert and break your ankle in the process,” Rhett joked in the video he posted. “Hey, I gave my all for Tennessee tonight.”
