Winter at Yellowstone National Park brings freezing temperatures, snow-covered landscapes, and… bison making snow angels?

That’s exactly what lucky tourists witnessed recently when a playful young bison turned a snowy road into its personal playground.

In the middle of a frigid Yellowstone day, one young bison reminded everyone to embrace their inner kid.

A group of tourists riding in a snow coach caught the carefree creature bouncing around the snow-covered road, seemingly without a care in the world.

At first, the bison’s jumping looked like it might have been a reaction to the nearby vehicle.

But it didn’t take long to realize this bison wasn’t upset – it was just living its best life.

After a few hops, it flopped down and started flailing its legs, attempting what could only be described as a snow angel… or maybe a snow bison?

Watch the adorable snow day unfold at Yellowstone National Park and let this bison’s carefree energy inspire your own inner child.
