Kids who watch social media influencers on YouTube eat an average of 26{a18c87a46add82dbee5e4fa4c0cab30d5f6e3bbf78c3f52c3c01413f7f531a16} more calories than kids who don’t watch the videos. Researchers think it’s a combination of the kids eating while being inactive and watching the videos and kids who see the social media influencers pushing specific food products. Either way, watching YouTube videos can increase the chance of childhood obesity. Do your kids watch any social media influencers on YouTube?
