Seniors over 90 can improve their chances of a longer life by 11{a18c87a46add82dbee5e4fa4c0cab30d5f6e3bbf78c3f52c3c01413f7f531a16} if they exercise every day. But they can increase their chances of a longer life by 18{a18c87a46add82dbee5e4fa4c0cab30d5f6e3bbf78c3f52c3c01413f7f531a16} if they have one or two beers or glasses of wine every day! Cheers to that! And if you make it to 90, you might as well have a few drinks a day to celebrate. Unfortunately the findings of this study did not apply to people younger than 70 so keep exercising and keep those drinks to a minimum if you want to make it to 90!
