Get a good night’s sleep

According to the study it takes a new parent an average of six years to get back to the amount of nightly sleep they had before having a baby! In the first three months Moms and Dads both lose a lot of sleep (although Moms lose about four times as much). The good news is, after those first three months the average Mom is within 20 minutes of her old sleep amount and the average Dad is within 15 minutes. After the kids are six years old both Moms and Dads are back to getting their old amount of sleep. (Until the kids become teenagers I would bet!) How long did it take you to get a good night’s sleep after having kids. Or have you ever?!
