Jimmie Allen and Abby Anderson Take Their ‘Best Shot’ at Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga’s “Shallow”

Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga took the world by storm with the hit song “Shallow” from the movie A Star Is Born, winning a Grammy for the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance and Best Song Written For Visual Media at the 61st GRAMMY Awards back in February. Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga are not the only ones taking the world by storm with their song, though. Two of our very own Back Porch Live artists, Jimmie Allen and Abby Anderson, released their own version of “Shallow” and we promise it doesn’t fall short of the GRAMMY winners!
Jimmie Allen announced their duet via Instagram writing, “Couldn’t have asked for a better duet partner..”

The two also created a music video for “Shallow.” Abby shared a clip of the video on Instagram saying, “I’m just honored he asked me to be a part of it. So thank you thank you Jimmie for being brilliant and one of the hardest workers I know in this town.”
