Nate Smith shared a vulnerable side of himself with fans this week. Smith took to social media revealing that he has lost 50 lbs. on a weight loss journey. Saying “50lbs lighter baby!” He credits his brother Kyle Smith for help, who specializes in low-calorie, high-protein meals with TastyShreds. Smith’s goal was a year in the making.
