Sleeping in on the weekends can extend your life! You have a 52{a18c87a46add82dbee5e4fa4c0cab30d5f6e3bbf78c3f52c3c01413f7f531a16} better chance of a longer life if you get extra sleep on the weekends. The study found that people who don’t get much sleep during the week and make up for it on the weekend are as healthy as people who get 7 hours of sleep every night. People who got more than 7 hours every single night or less than 5 hours every night, including weekends, had a higher risk. I don’t get much sleep during the week but definitely make up for it on the weekends. Looks like I’m going to live for a good long time! What is your weekend sleep pattern like?
