According to a new survey, 35{a18c87a46add82dbee5e4fa4c0cab30d5f6e3bbf78c3f52c3c01413f7f531a16} of Americans think it’s unnecessary for a couple to host one of these events.
A gender reveal party
Gender reveal parties have grown in popularity over the past decade but when asked about them, the number one answer Americans gave was “unnecessary”. The next most popular responses were, in order, “trendy”, “fad”, “silly”, “self-indulgent”, “fun” and “joyous”. I’m sure your answer depends somewhat on whose gender reveal party you’re going to. If it’s a close family member or friend you probably feel differently than if you get dragged to some party of some couple you barely know.
