Dealing with co-workers
Dealing with co-workers is the third most difficult challenge we have in the work environment after balance and workload. Workplace politics and having to deal with managers were fourth and fifth on the list. The only challenge I face every day is getting out of bed at 3:45 a.m. but once I’m up it’s fun! What is your biggest challenge in the workplace?
