According to a new study, not doing this is worse than smoking and having diabetes.




According to this new study, a sedentary lifestyle is the same as having a major disease. You always knew that exercise was good for you but it turns out it’s not just a benefit. Not exercising is actually bad for you and worse than smoking or having diabetes or high blood pressure! I walk at least a couple miles a day. That’s where I get most of my exercise but I think I need to add some more movement! What kind of exercise do you do?
