Is Rascal Flatts gearing up for a reunion? Well, fans sure think so!

The award-winning trio—known for their chart-topping hits and unforgettable performances—had been pretty quiet on social media for the last few years. Lead singer Gary LeVox had previously revealed that guitarist Joe Don Rooney had quit the band, while he and bassist Jay DeMarcus pursued their own projects. But things just took a major turn!

Earlier this month, the Rascal Flatts social media accounts sprang to life, igniting speculation and excitement among fans. Could the band be teasing something big?

On September 3rd, their official Instagram shared a nostalgic photo of the trio on stage, captioned: “We’re feeling nostalgic…Share your favorite Rascal Flatts tour memories and tag us so we can see them 👀.” Fans didn’t disappoint. A few days later, the band posted a gallery of fan-submitted photos, writing: “Well… you guys delivered!! What a trip down memory lane. Good times to say the least!”

And just when fans thought they couldn’t handle more excitement, Rascal Flatts shared another post that sent the internet into a frenzy. The band posted live concert shots with the caption: “And they come from miles around, for that moment when the lights go out…” followed by an invitation to sign up for their email list. They added, “Sign up for our email list at the 🔗 in our bio to be the first to know 😉.”

Cue the chaos! Comments came flooding in as fans begged for more details. One ecstatic fan shouted: “OH MY GOD IT’S HAPPENING, EVERYBODY STAY CALM!” Another chimed in, “Anyone else tear up when they read this? Just me? I’m the only one? Cool, cool. 🥹😭” And in true dramatic fan fashion, another declared: “I’m actually going to have a panic attack.”

While the band hasn’t officially confirmed anything, fans are eagerly speculating about a possible reunion tour. Rascal Flatts originally planned to embark on a farewell tour in 2020, but those plans were derailed due to COVID. Soon after, Rooney faced personal challenges, including a DUI arrest and a public divorce.

For now, all we can do is stay tuned—and keep calm (if that’s even possible)!
