Country Stars React to the Devastating Texas Floods
As catastrophic flooding devastates parts of central Texas, including Kerr County and the Guadalupe River region, country music stars with deep Texas roots are speaking out—and stepping in to help.
Over 100 people have died across six counties, with the hardest-hit area being Camp Mystic, a historic girls’ summer camp in Hunt, Texas.

At least 27 campers and counselors have died, and several remain unaccounted for. The floods—triggered by more than 20 feet of sudden river surge—have left behind unimaginable destruction, piles of debris, and families searching for loved ones. Recovery teams from across the country and even rescuers from Mexico have joined in to help.
