Country superstar Blake Shelton lit up the stage at the American Music Awards on May 26 with the debut of his brand-new anthem, “Stay Country or Die Tryin’,” straight off his latest album, For Recreational Use Only. Dressed to impress with a red, white, and blue lapel pin, Shelton brought some serious Americana vibes just in time for Memorial Day.

As the massive American flag lit up the background screens, Shelton delivered a foot-stompin’, pride-filled performance that had the whole crowd clapping along. It was pure country charm meets patriotic flair—and fans loved every second.

The night was a family affair too—Gwen Stefani, Shelton’s superstar wife, also hit the stage with her own set. And as if the music wasn’t exciting enough, Shelton gave fans something else to look forward to: his brand-new show, The Road, is hitting CBS this fall.

Blake’s message? Stay country, stay proud—and don’t miss what’s coming next.
