It looks like Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani won’t have to know what it’s like to live without each other. The two just bought their first home together for $13.2 million dollars, and it’s massive!
Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are now the proud homeowners of a gorgeous black and white, 13,00 square foot house on a 1.6-acre lot, according to Variety. The house sits in Encino, Los Angeles California with incredible amenities including a massive backyard pool and spa with a cabana containing a full wet bar and outdoor kitchen. The house itself has a four-car garage and a state-of-the-art home theater.
Encino has some of the most private land in LA. To add onto that privacy, this house is surrounded by large retaining walls and two large gates that blocks it from public view. Their spacious place was built on spec and was never listed to the public for sale but photos from the developer, Evan Gaskin can be seen here.
For the last couple of months the two have been seen at Blake Shelton’s ranch in Oklahoma. This is where they have performing their #1 Country Song, “Nobody But You” for promotions, and The Opry.
