According to a new study, despite what you may think, teenagers who spend a significant amount of time doing this do not suffer any negative psychological impact.

Staring at their phones or a screen

The study found that teenagers who use their phone or stare at screens do not suffer any real negative consequences. The study found that the heaviest users were only about .4{f08af400499f49ebebec43b71545de24d0cbb35d14a8bc084edd71717d793f40} less mentally healthy than teenagers who did not use phones at all. The study also found that phone use and screen time before bed did not affect the teens quality of sleep. So either this study was funded by the cell phone companies or the teens have been correct all along! Do you limit your teen’s use of phones or screens?
