According to a new study, Iceland is the best country and the U.S. is the 23rd best country in the world for women to do this.

Have a job

Iceland was the best country in the world for working women according to the study and the U.S. ranked 23rd. The study looked at wages, time off, including maternity leave, and the number of women in management positions among other factors. The rest of the top ten after Iceland were Sweden, New Zealand, Slovenia, Norway, Luxembourg, Denmark, Poland, Finland and Belgium. Canada was just outside the top ten with England in 13th place. So it looks like you have to go to Scandinavia or somewhere else cold if you want a better job! Do you think your job is good for working women? Do you feel treated as well as you think you should be?
