Ella Langley Studies Her Shows Like Game Film

Ella Langley isn’t just dreaming big, she’s putting in the work to back it up. In a recent interview, she made her mission clear: “I’m trying to go to stadiums. That is my goal. And I don’t care how long it takes me to get there… I’m going to do it.”
Langley knows that kind of success doesn’t come easy, so she’s adopted a unique strategy inspired by none other than Kid Rock.
Her roommate, country artist Trey Lewis, toured with Kid Rock and shared a behind-the-scenes tip: “He records his whole show, then goes back to his greenroom and makes the band watch it immediately after, like watching game film after a football game.”
Ella has taken that playbook and run with it. Now, after every show, she and her band analyze their performance to improve and tighten up their live act. It’s a serious approach and a clear sign she’s all in on the long game.
