Social media

Now that the kids are back in school they might be using more social media. Keep an eye on that Moms and Dads because nearly half of teenage girls are actually stressed out and more depressed after they use social media. The same goes for about one-quarter of boys. Seeing other people’s posts or nasty comments can hurt the self-esteem of anyone, let alone young minds that are still developing. Do you have any rules for social media use for your teens?
