Go to bed

Bedtimes aren’t just for kids! Adults who keep consistent bedtimes and get up at roughly the same time every day are less obese and have better blood pressure and blood sugar. Doctors aren’t sure if the schedule causes healthy results or healthier people are just better about staying on schedule but either way I’m doomed because I get up at 3:45 a.m. on weekdays but always sleep in later on the weekends. At least now I know what I can blame my big ole gut on! Do you keep a consistent sleep schedule every day of the week?
