According to a new study, teens who don’t get enough of this on a daily basis are more likely to engage in risky behavior.

Doctors recommend that teens get at least 8 hours of sleep every night but less than 30{a18c87a46add82dbee5e4fa4c0cab30d5f6e3bbf78c3f52c3c01413f7f531a16} do. And teens who do not get enough sleep are more likely to engage in risky behavior. So, if your kids are staying out late, that might be leading them to make poor choices! Oh great!
