This is the second most visited house in the United States, behind only the White House, and lies about 215 miles southwest of where we are right now in Nashville this morning.

Elvis Presley’s Graceland

Graceland in Memphis is a three hour drive from Nashville and is the second most visited house in the United States behind only the White House. 20 million people have visited Graceland and about 600,000 continue to visit every year. Elvis lived at Graceland for over 20 years and is now buried there. The name Graceland was not chosen by Elvis. That’s what the house was already named after the original owner of the property Grace Toof. Her nephew built and named the home.
