If you haven’t frozen your Thanksgiving leftovers, today is the last day you should be eating them. According to researchers at the Centers for Disease Control, bacteria can grow on Thanksgiving leftovers, especially food that had been left out at room temperature for a while last Thursday. Frozen leftovers are good for the next couple of months. We’ve been eating leftovers every day since Thanksgiving and I’m having more today and tonight! I think we’ll finally run out of turkey after the turkey sandwiches tonight so I’ll hopefully be safe! How long do you have Thanksgiving leftovers?
