The number of adults who now sleep less than six hours a night has gone from 29{f08af400499f49ebebec43b71545de24d0cbb35d14a8bc084edd71717d793f40} to 33{f08af400499f49ebebec43b71545de24d0cbb35d14a8bc084edd71717d793f40} over the past four years. Researchers say less than six hours of sleep is considered unhealthy and can lead to obesity and dementia among other things. More screen time and busier schedules are to blame for the most part.
